Our mission is to empower members of Bates County and local communities with compassion, education, and resources. We aim to bring communities together to prevent substance use, promote harm reduction, and lead impactful education and conversations that create lasting positive changes in our community.
Our vision as a coalition is to strengthen our community by providing primary prevention strategies, promoting harm reduction action, and offering compassionate evidence-based support that breaks stigmas and saves lives.
The Breathe for Bre Coalition exists to unite local organizations, leaders, and the community to take coordinated action with prevention efforts and Naloxone distribution. We envision to build a network that promotes awareness, expands Narcan access, reduces stigma, and supports prevention and recovery efforts throughout Bates County and surrounding communities.
